Working for Buddhafield is a unique opportunity to work within a Buddhist framework, to grow and develop your practice and to contribute to our vibrant community and vision. It is also an opportunity to learn what it is to work within an alternative organisational structure called the Buddhafield Mandate System. It is based on self-organising principles (Sociocracy/Holacracy). Most people work for Buddhafield as volunteers.
Working Retreats
We hold several working retreats per year, as well as our season-long Anuruddha Project. These offer people a chance to work and practice in community - especially suitable for those who prefer to find their peace through action and Right Livelihood with meditation and Dharma to support this.

Paid Roles
Buddhafield is a charity, and many of our events are run on a Dana/ donation basis. The rates of pay that we can offer reflect this. We also offer a rich community environment with life-enhancing benefits and meaningful work.
