Thank you for offering your time and energy to Green Earth Awakening 2025.
Please complete the below as thoroughly as possible as it helps us with the organisational process.
Would you like to be part of the Information Tent Team? We aim to be the central point for everyone to come to find out what’s on, have questions answered and be a welcoming place to just come and have a chat!
Being part of the Info crew can be a lot of fun, with many people returning to do it again year after year.
Key roles include:
- Holding a welcoming space for everyone at the camp
- Displaying information and times of workshops and music
- Lost property, lift shares
- Working closely with the Wellbeing Team
- Using a walkie-talkie to communicate with other crew
You don't need special skills and will receive training in your role.
If you wish to crew with us, you need to be:
- Friendly and interested in helping people
- Able to be assertive when required
- An artistic edge to help with the blackboards in set up would be a bonus!
- Eighteen or over
- You will also need to have the right to work in the UK
Key Dates
- Arrive preferably Tuesday 9th September to help set up but by Wednesday 10th September will be fine
- First shift on Wednesday 10th September
- Work your last shift on Sunday 14th September
- Shifts 5 hrs / d
- Leave site ideally on Monday 15th September after a morning of packing down (flexibility on this)
In return, you will receive:
- Training and support in your role
- A ticket to the gathering
- Whatever vehicle pass you need
- Dharma input
- Vegan food (all meals per day and hot drinks)
