The Green Earth Awakening Camp runs as a charity fundraising event, supporting wider Buddhafield projects such as Buddhafield retreats and land maintenance. Buddhafield events also provide a context to practise as a Buddhist Right Livelihood, for many teams of practitioners on a full time, part time and voluntary basis. We run on a currency of generosity and with an ethos of 'give what you can, take what you need'.
You don't need to be a Buddhist to be involved with the camp, however we ask that you support our principles of providing a safe, inclusive, warm hearted space that is both drink and drug free.
The gathering will run Wednesday 10th September to Sunday 14th September 2025.
Applications will close on 31st of May.
We will start processing applications from that date onwards, and we will contact every applicant with news by early July. We won't be able to comment on the progress of your application until after then, so please be patient.
Meal Vouchers & Cost Price Meal Passes
Food for crew, public and contributors is catered for on-site by the Buddhafield Cafe, producing organically and locally sourced meals. A meal voucher will be provided for each session which can be exchanged at the cafe. Alternatively all contributors will be offered the option to purchase a meal pass for the whole event at cost price.

We will contact you to offer you a slot or to let you know you have been unsuccessful. Please do not call the Buddhafield Office, as you will only be redirected to the above email address.
We appreciate that this is a long form, but please answer as many questions as possible. Completing this form as fully as possible saves time and energy in the long run. We ask for all the information needed to find you an appropriate slot in one of our workshop spaces.
