The gathering will run Wednesday, 10th September to Sunday, 14th September 2025.
Applications will close on July 21st. We will start processing applications from that date, and let you know as soon as possible whether you have been accepted or not this year. Please note that ticket-place for performers are very limited, so there are only a select few slots for us to distribute. We appreciate the opportunity to check out your stuff and eventree will save some of your data to apply again next year.
