These tiers are donations. The reward is future entry to the Buddhafield Festival. They are not immediate ticket purchases; they are a commitment from us to send you a voucher for 100% off an adult ticket to Buddhafield Festival by June each year that your reward is active until your tickets are used or the validity term of your tier has expired - whichever is sooner.

The voucher provides 100% off the then-current standard adult ticket price. The cost is not transferable to any other ticket type. Entry for five days of the festival and camping only. Live-in passes and child tickets are extra and must be purchased separately through our website. They are not transferable to any other person and any attempt to do so or to sell the ticket will render them invalid.

The ticket voucher(s) must be redeemed in the following years:

2 tickets- two of the years between 2027 and 2029
5 tickets- five of the years between 2027 and 2033
10 tickets- ten of the years between 2027 and 2039

Delivery of the reward is contingent on the event occurring within the designated years. If the festival doesn't take place one year but continues in subsequent years, your ticket(s) will be valid for one additional year.

If you have booked a ticket using a voucher for a year that is subsequently cancelled, your number of tickets remaining will be credited with a replacement ticket. If you have booked and need to cancel, we will recredit your rewards account for the ticket if you cancel more than 14 days before the event.

In the unlikely event that Buddhafield Festival ceases permanently and no further events are planned, we will endeavour to offer a pro-rata refund or alternative benefit (e.g., credit toward other Buddhafield activities) for any unused vouchers, based on the original contribution and remaining years. This is subject to available funds and our discretion.

By committing to attending in this way, you agree to the standard Buddhafield Terms and Conditions and ticket purchase process. Your tickets are not contingent on any aspect of the festival, including its location and content. We reserve the right to make changes at our discretion, but we are bound by the charity's overall mission and the events that support it. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes.

If you have donated to the lifetime access tier, you will be added to our guest list separately each year upon request, subject to capacity and standard entry rules.

If you breach our behaviour guidelines/community agreements, any remaining tickets or entries will be void.
