We are always very grateful for offers of help.
It would be good to hear a bit more about you, for instance are you a practising buddhist, or are you interested in knowing more about buddhism in action?
We have always aimed to create a positive and harmonious working environment, which people have enjoyed and benefited from, but this year we aim to create a more overtly buddhist atmosphere in the café, with more encouragement to meditate, find out more about the Dharma (the teachings of the Buddha) and even do a bit of study! (all optional of course).
