Recorded using unobtrustive binaural microphones, the result is a super-stereo soundtrack of music and events at the festival all woven together in a seamless mix of the lush outdoor experience, because Buddhafield has an eco-friendly policy there are no generator noises, no cars. Buddhafield I (2003)Buddhafield I focuses on delivering a meditative soundfield, with experimental layering of sound. It includes music from: Alusdair Ingles, Guru Madness, Linda Willing, Martha Tilston and Pok and sound events include: Beyond the Beat - a song and drumming workshop, Om Vajra Akshobya Hum Chant, Tibetan Wheel of Life discussion, fire juggling and Tibetan singing bowls. Buddhafield II (2004)The Buddhafield II CD focuses not so intently on the meditative nature of Buddhafield, (the Buddhafield I CD does this), but on the enjoyment and laughter evident at the festival. There are a number of funny magic moments on this CD, as well as lovely chanting and songs.
