We’re grateful to the all the folk involved in putting on the following workshops at the last Festival.

Erwin Tielemans - People games: Welcome to a session of old and new games for adults, youngsters and children???. Experience the joy of playing games for the fun of playing. You might discover oldies and new ones.

Sam Brady's One Man Comedy Show is heart-warming, thought-provoking, soul-searching comedy. Sam is a story-teller and tells the true story of how he had to adjust to a new life as a single parent after spending four years training as a Buddhist monk. He explores his on-going struggle to be a 'good person' and asks why kindness is so undervalued in a world obsessed with celebrity and 'success'. Narrative of true events entwined with funny anecdotes and stand-up routines.

'Working from the Heart with Playback Theatre' – a chance to experience the freedom of play and re-connecting with the inner child once again. We will explore ways of removing blocks we put on ourselves, open up the often forgotten channels of expression through a rich mixture of movement, voice, play, story telling and therapeutic techniques. Come and learn the art of saying 'yes, let's' ...rather than 'yes, but...' and the freedom to create change in your life.

Authentic Public Speaking with Millie Baker. This workshop will show you how to stay connected and speak authentically to groups, and a new way to speak where the most important element is your presence and the best thing you can do is be yourself. Learn to enjoy the attention, engage people, and get our message across, and not let the spotlight shut us down.
