We’re delighted to say that we’ve confirmed the following worskhops so far this year.
Intimacy, Communication and Connection
With Jewels Wingfield and Mark Penfold. Jewels brings a rich tapestry of deep embodied wisdom, fierce passion and experiences as an educator, catalyst and healer to offer a healing space for transformation. Jewels brings ‘Rewilding Love’, for everyone; ‘Garden of Love’, a ritual for couples; ‘Wombdala’ and ‘Wild Woman Awakening’, for women. At the same time as ‘Wild Woman Awakening’, Jewels’ partner and collaborator Mark Penfold will be holding a men’s workshop called ‘Am I Enough’.
With Jayaraja and Lilamani. A playful exploration of flirting using mindful metta and the principles of nonviolent communication.
Conscious Speed Dating
With Rupert Alison. Whether you are looking for love, friendship, flirtation, a sense of tribe, a festival buddy, a kinky play-partner, a soulmate or all the above, join us for some playful and heartfelt connections. All genders and orientations welcome.
Angel Walk, The Magic of Tantra; Conscious Cuddles; Secrets of Intimacy
With Morgan, Maria and Elizabeth of Tara Yoga Centre. Intimate and heartfelt spaces to explore intimate connection to yourself and others, opening the heart through individual and group exercises, conscious platonic touch, breath work and the wonderful tools of Tantra. Morgan and Maria have been dedicated practitioners of Tantra for over 17 years. Their aim is to bring clarity to the ancient spiritual teachings, conveying the importance of deeply understanding the principles, thus allowing us to truly live consciously and freely.
With Jayaraja. A live exploration of how to communicate from the heart. Drawing on the wisdom of the Buddha, Marshall Rosenberg, (Nonviolent Communication) Dan Siegel, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Gestalt psychotherapy.
With Erwin Tielemans. In these workshops people learn a kind of listening that goes deeper than listening only with the mind. We focus on emotional listening. Workshops will be on ‘The Power and Benefits of Empathy’, and ‘Transforming Hate and Anger into Life Serving Energy’.
Grief and Sorrow
With Laurel Pyne. Where do we hold our grief? How do we allow ourselves to express it, and with whom? Combining the NVC basics of Empathy and Needs, Somatic Awareness moves and the neuroscience of belief, we will move through understanding and expressing the pain in our hearts differently. Learning to see the preciousness of ALL our emotions, and together, opening ourselves to the stunning beauty hidden within pain and loss, using the spoken word and simple expressive dance. Compassionate, connected and transformative, Divine and simply NOT depressing!!
With Adam Wilder. Life is whole, raw, sexy, dangerous, vulnerable, beautiful. There is love, pain, hurt, resentment, generosity in all of us. Only by accepting all of this can we really meet with an intimacy that honours life. In this session we will have permission to surrender into a wilder kind of intimacy that is sexy, innocent and daring and above all truthful. If you are looking for another workshop where you can congratulate yourself for being evolved, spiritual and eating nothing but vegetables this is not the one for you. This is an advanced session. If you aren't sure about coming, don't come.
Authentic Relating Games
With Amy Guerrier. These sessions aim to guide an experience that go outside the norms of our societal human condition and into connection to create a stronger and thriving community. Safe, powerful, and interactive games and exercises invite you to explore deep connection with yourself and others. By the end of a game, even though you may have just met these people, you may feel like you know them better then some of your closest peers, friends & family.
Communication for Parents
With Karen Pike. Karen presents interactive and inspiring workshops to support and nurture parents. Children are very welcome. We’ll look at how we can create sustainable practices that support us physically, mentally and emotionally and spiritually. We will explore how to communicate authentically without manipulations such as bribes, threats, punishments. With Radical Self Care for Parents, Conscious Communication for Parents, and Home Education.
Wheel of Consent
With Rupert Alison. Getting really good consent makes life more joyfully authentic and richly rewarding, while reducing upset through misunderstandings and consent accidents. We’ll explore Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent, involving some simple (optional) clothed touch exercises, to take our understanding of consent to a whole new level. All genders and orientations welcome.
Clearly Communicating Your Authentic No and Yes
With Nicola Williams. Guided movement, sharing and embodied exercises to allow us to connect deeply with our authentic Yes and No feelings and expressing our boundaries clearly.
