On this page you can find out about what happens in Padma Pancakes, what we need you to be able to commit to and how to volunteer.

I can be serious all day in the dharma parlour one day, and spend all day dancing the next.

Want to work in a music venue making pancakes? Padma Pancakes needs you! Work in a small team, creating wonderful vegan and gluten free pancakes, with amazing fillings, all the while listening to gypsy beats, slam poetry and general joyous-ness! Shifts are 6 hours long, either morning, or alternating afternoon and evening. You’ll learn how to make crêpes (can you handle 4 grills at once??) and all the delicious fillings, from chilli to chocolate sauce, you’ll laugh, you’ll cry ... but you will always be having a good time :)

A Word about Alcohol and Drugs

Please have a think about our view on drink and drugs.

We don’t wish to judge people’s views on this — and hope it won’t put you off applying! And if this would be a new way of experiencing a festival for you then why not give it a try?! However please bear in mind that if you choose to work with us, then we’d like this policy to be respected.
